YouGov Long-Term Incentive Plan 2023

The YouGov Long-Term Incentive Plan 2023 ("LTIP 2023" or "the Plan") was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held in 2023. Full details of LTIP 2023 are included in the 2023 Annual Report.

The Performance Targets for the performance share awards granted under LTIP 2023 in December 2024 (the “FY25 Awards”) have been approved by the YouGov Board’s Remuneration Committee and are available in the below document.
