Rosemary is a Non-Executive Director of Intermediate Capital Group plc and HSBC UK Bank plc, in addition to being a member of the bank’s Risk Committee. She is co-founding Director of the World Wide Web Foundation and Trustee of the National Gallery (London), where she is Chair of the Digital Advisory Board and member of the Remuneration Committee. She is a Fellow at Harvard’s Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society.
Rosemary works as an advisor and investor in a number of technology businesses and academic institutions in Europe and North America including Motive Partners (a Fintech fund based in New York), Glasswing
Ventures (Boston) and Queen’s University School of Business (Canada). She has been the Chair of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Future of Internet Security. Rosemary holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Finance and Accounting from Queen’s University, Canada.
