Ian was appointed Chair of the Board on 18 February 2026. Ian is currently a Non-Executive Director for BBC Commercial Ltd, Stanley Gibbons Baldwins Ltd and an Independent Advisor to Dragonfly Media Ltd ('DiO). Ian Griffiths was Deputy CEO and CFO of market intelligence agency Kantar from 2020 to 2022. Before that Ian was CFO and COO of ITV plc for more than 10 years and before that CFO of EMAP plc. He was previously a Senior Adviser to Bain Capital Private Equity (Europe) LLP and Non-Executive Director for DS Smith plc.

Stephan co-founded YouGov and was CEO of the Company from March 2000 to August 2023, when he assumed the role of Non-Executive Chair, before returning to the CEO role in February 2025. One of the pioneers of internet research, Stephan has been the driving force behind YouGov’s innovation-led strategy. He was Chair of the Data Strategy Board for the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills from 2012 to 2013 and led the Shakespeare Review of Public Sector Information. He is a commissioner for the Social Metrics Commission, an independent charity dedicated to helping UK policy makers and the public understand and take action to tackle poverty. Stephan graduated from Oxford University with a degree in English Language and Literature.

Belinda has extensive financial and strategic experience from a thirty-year career in professional services. She was formerly a senior partner at Deloitte LLP specialising in strategy and transactions with a particular focus on the financial services and consumer products sectors. Belinda is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Monks Investment Trust plc and, until September, Senior Independent Director of Olam Food Ingredients, the major operating entity of the Singaporean listed Olam Group. She has previously served on the boards of Phoenix Group Holdings Plc (now Standard Life Plc), Aviva UK Life and Pensions, Avast Plc, Schroder Japan Growth Fund Plc, WM Morrison Supermarkets Plc, Grainger Plc, Balfour Beatty Plc, Friends Life Group Plc and the Youth Sport Trust.

Andrea is an experienced brand marketer with over 25 years of expertise in leading global brand and marketing programmes in financial services and luxury hospitality. Her executive career includes two decades at HSBC, where she led one of the world's most recognisable financial brands through major brand transformation. Andrea has lived and worked in the UK, US, and Asia Pacific and holds an MA Hons from the University of Edinburgh. She is now the Founder and Director of Ioan & Lime, an independent beauty and skincare noutique in Sherborne.

Ashley is an experienced Non-Executive Director in the technology, media and communications sector. After nine years Ashley stepped down as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Zegona Communications plc, and he also served for nine years as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Rightmove plc. Ashley has held main board executive roles at several high-growth entrepreneurial businesses, including Tempus Group plc, Rok plc and The Engine Group. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Devesh is a global technology and product leader with over 25 years of experience driving AI-powered transformation across Fortune 500 enterprises, high-growth startups and international markets. He is currently General Manager and Chief Product Officer, Supply Chain Management at SAP. Previously, Devesh was President of Keystone Strategy's CoreAI business and Chief Product and Technology Officer at Deliveroo. Before that, he spent 16 years at Amazon, most recently as Vice President of Global Supply Chain Technology. At Amazon, he was accountable for technology supporting retail and supply chain operations across more than 100 countries and over $400 billion in global commerce. A co-inventor on 25 patents, Devesh advises boards and C-suites globally on AI strategy, digital innovation and enterprise transformation.
